Hii.The percentile is good .
With this score you will easily get into Delhi University as your percentile is good and you also belong from. ST category so you have the advantage.

As per the previous year cutoffs you have a good chance of getting Medium ranked NITs such as NIT Nagpur, NIT Raipur, NIT Rourkela, NIT Bhopal,etc.
You select the College wisely.
