Dear Sir/Ma'm, once the results are out the counseling portal will be opened by the DGHS. There, first you have to fill out a registration form mentioning your details such as neet roll number, all India rank etc. Then you can proceed to the choice filling of the colleges for both government as well as deemed universities. After a few days, then the result will be declared post which the second round of counseling will be held.
