Considering previous years` cutoff trend, it seems like the cutoff is expected to go up each year. Although the increment might depend on difficulty of the question paper and overall performance of the students. As you have scored pretty close to the previous years cutoff, it will be wrong to say that you donot have chance. Although the opportunity might be slim, but it just might exist. Please stay updated to the counselling schedule, so that you do not miss any good opportunity and keep your documents ready and up to date.
