For SQ, in Govt it will be around 10k with hostel per year. Only college tuition fees.
In pvt colleges for SQ it will be around 6-8 Lacs per year.

You have not mentioned which college you are interested to know about. Fees vary from college to college. On an average, the semester fees of a government medical college is 4.5-5k per semester. Hostel fee varies and is usually not very high in government colleges.
