Some colleges take admissions through entrance exam and also consider 12th marks in merit list, while some colleges make their merit list based on 12th marks. So, it's totally depend on which college are you taking admission and admission and eligibility criteria of that particular college.

Minimum Criteria for eligibility for D. Pharm admissions in India is that in order to take admission, applicants must have passed a 10+2 or equivalent exam with at least 50% marks from any recognized board of education.
