You didn't mentioned the name of your College or from where you want to study so I can't exactly tell whether in  that particular College or University admission procedure started or not. 

Jamia Millia Islamia is going to conduct entrance exam for B.Sc Chemistry on 9-6-2019. Banaras Hindu University already had its UET exam in second week of May.

But still not to worry you have chance to apply for Delhi University

St. Stephens College (Delhi) - online registration starts from 22-5-2019

UPES - Last date to apply 31-5-2019
