LNCT Bhopal , it was the good and repudated college up to 2010 , but now they didn't care the reputation and management runs it like a Kirana Store ,

Class strength increase day by day but good Prof.and Lec .Not happy with Management and finally they start leaving their respective jobs hence class get hampred but management still didn't care.

Sujjested you to don't joine Engineering , it much better to joine BA course parallelly move towards UPSC & MPPSC .
