Yes, Anybody can do MBA without writting a state or country level entrance test . But all colleges do not give management quota seats only some colleges will provide management quota seats but at the end the graduation certificate is not that much valuable because high level colleges will not provide management seats. But I suggest you to write CAT exam and join IIM's and top B schools. So that you can earn 5-10 lakhs per annum.
