Both are good and there is nothing like special for girls. What suites you according to your interest choose that.

If you have no idea about both, Then I would recommend to go for Computer Science Engineering as you will get a lot of opportunities here and a lot of fields where you can explore and work according to the results.
Also There is always something special reserved for Girls in Tech Giants or in Big Companies so that will be very much helpful to you.
