The opportunity after completing class 12th in Science stream is quite a lot. You can choose any type of course you want. Mainly, Medical and Engineering are the 2 courses which are higher in demand and has a lot of scope these days. For Medical, you need to answer an entrance exam called "NEET" wherein your mandatory subjects are physics, chemistry, biology and English.

To get into any state engineering colleges, you will have to answer state entrance exams. But, if you wish to get admission into national level colleges like IIT or NIT, you have to answer JEE mains and score really high score. Engineering is a 4 year course.

The third option is B.Sc. If you want to go into research, pH.D or want to become a teacher then you can choose this course. Basically it's a 3- year course.
