Dear Tabrez, there is no age limit for studying CA. If you have completed your PUC, you can start CA Foundation. You need to register yourself for CA Foundation atleast 4 months before the exam. So just to answer your question, though you have discontinued after 2nd PUC, you can recontinue your studies and join CA Foundation course.
