Well, definitely there are plenty of job opportunities out there, But to get that, you need to study smart and hard. After the 4 years of any course (you haven't provided which course so I assume it to be B.Tech), you can get Placement On Campus as well as you can apply for Off-Campus, there are plenty of them. Also, you can get PSUs (10 Maharatnas, 14 Navratnas and 74 Miniratnas ) govt. jobs through GATE score, and you can apply for ISRO, DRDO and many more through there own tests. Also you can apply for ESE for a govt. job too! And there are many more other jobs too...

You just need to focus on your academics and skills and that's it!

I think your question is incomplete as we can't predict exactly that which 4 years you are talking about.

I guess you are talking about 4 years of Btech.so I'm giving  answer considering the 4 years of Btech.

See Nowadays branch in BTech doesn't matter much as any student from any branch can make their career in any profile . So ye s if you'll focus on developing your skills in your BTech years which are required in today's corporate sectors/government sector you'll surely get your dream job.

Many students waste their times while many work hard to develop the skills and get Placements easily.

There are many scopes you just need to be skilled enough to grab the opportunity.
