Hi,

It all depends upon your choice. If you are really interested in the specialization offered in Masters degree in your respective course, and want to go for further research, you can opt out for Masters degree. However, if you are getting a good salary package after completion of your B.TECH, You can surely go for choosing your job over higher education. It all depends upon the opportunities, package and your interest. However, pursuing a further Masters degree will surely help in getting more advancement in the subjects along with good career prospects.
