Yes , after a B.Sc. in Chemistry , you can pursue M.Sc. in Food Technology . Many universities accept Chemistry graduates for this course , as Food Technology involves chemical analysis, food composition and processing techniques.

some institutes may prefer candidates with a background in Food Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology or Agriculture.
