Yes, if you have sufficient capital then you can open your clinic and getting your own degree will be a bonus, but you need to have an MBBS Doctor with MD in Radiology to head your centre because only a MD radiology is permitted to diagnose , you can act as a radiographer with removing xray and providing reports.You need to also recruit other paramedics like Lab technicians, Pathologist, Sonologist etc. then you can run your clinic.
