Yes,you are eligible for AAIMS once you complete B.SC nursing.

AIIMS also has a specialization exam for BSC people as AIIMS Nursing.

Eligibility for AIIMS Nursing,

• Candidates must have passed class 12 under the 10+2 schemes/senior school certificate examination or intermediate science or any equivalent examination
• They must have studied English, physics, chemistry and biology as mandatory subjects
• One should secure 55% for general category and 50% for SC/ST.
• If you are doing BSC post basic then you should have diploma in general nursing and midwifery.
