For any Bsc graduate student, the salary Varies according to experience. If you are having an experience of 0-5 years, then you could get up to 3LPA. If you get  experience of 5-10 years, then your minimum salary would be 3 LPA and it could raise upto 5.5LPA. And, if you get experience of 10-20 years, your minimum assured salary will be 5.5 LPA and could get up to 9 LPA.

If you are expecting salary of more then 8 lakhs to 10+ lakhs then you won't get a job with with just bachelor's degree with high package
.
With bachelor's degree, and with your experience if you get hired in best company/ institute you will be getting Package of 2 to 4 lakhs but not more then 4 lakhs.
.
So, you need masters for higher packages and if you are ok with 4 lakhs then you can get a job with bachelor's degree
