After B.Sc Radiology, You can do PG Diploma courses other than M.Sc.

• Post Graduate Diploma in Radio Diagnosis.
• PG Diploma in Radiology Imaging Technology.
• PG Diploma in Medical Radiological Sciences.
• PG Diploma in X-Ray Radiography and Ultrasonography.

More than that you can do other courses also, Which require eligibility of only a Bachelor's degree.
