Hello,

The choice to do MSc or BEd depends largely on your areas of interests and career goals so to speak, what do you want to do in future, if you want to teach in schools,BEd is compulsory for that, nowadays even top reputed private schools recruit teachers based on CTET scores, you can also appear for state level TETs,if you pursue MSc then you can become postgraduate teacher which is PGT. Also, with MSc degree you can teach in University level by qualifying NET or SET, in case you want to go for higher studies you can appear for CSIR NET, you'll also get stipend while pursuing higher studies.
