it is a good idea to pursue a MBA degree upon a completion of your BSc. course as it will add to your already learnt skills which is very helpful while entering the industry to pursue your career. Doing an MBA course fives you the required skills essential to make business and management decisions as well as gives you the proper training for leadership qualities, gain entrepreneurship skills etc. However it also depends on one's interest and goals for their future, it is not mandatory to do a MBA course upon your completion of your Bachelor's degree.
