As you have mentioned that you have done you HSC with commerce its not possible for you to do computer science engineering. For this you should have taken science in hsc. But if you are interested in computer studies then there are a lot of wide optins for you like diploma in computer you can also do BCA,MCA and further and as for the job surety the defenetly there are lot of jobs in IT sector and you woll surely get placed if you will have enough knowledge and capabilities.
