Yes there are placement cells in every college. You can always talk to your faculty members over a call and ask them to add you to their mailing list. Personally, when I looked up for your college they did have a lot of companies in your placement cell ready to hire students. With that said, I believe going to college and talking it out or giving them a call would be the best.
