MBA has lots of streams just like most of the other courses. You have to do specialization in any one of them in your second year of MBA. Some of the specializations include finance, marketing, operations e.t.c. If your specialization is inclined (similar) to physical science, eg you get a job at marketing where some physical science knowledge is required then yes, your bachelor's degree will have importance, but if this is not the case then it will be just a sign that you have graduated.
