Yes, you can become CBI Officer after B Pharmacy. UPSC conducts a competitive test for recruiting CBI officers. Graduation from an affiliated University is needed to appear for this entrance exam. As a graduate with 80% marks, you are eligible to write this entrance test. Excellent knowledge of English is required. Moreover, computer skill is also necessary for the post of CBI.
