For going abroad after Bpt, you must do Masters degree before, that you can do in India or Abroad too.

Now if you want to do Masters in Physiotherapy outside India you should clear IELTS exam of that country.
After that you would be able to take admission there.

And for jobs after Mpt from India, you should check the details of the particular country you want to go, see their companies etc then search about it.
