After csab special round counseling is over, there will be no counseling held for filling the remaining vacant seats ( IF ANY ).

Also it is a very rare case and it is possible that some seats remains vacant and it is kept vacant for one year. And it will be filled by lateral entry.

Even if there would be a vacant seat, then also it can not be acquired this year by any candidate, it will be kept vacant and filled in next consecutive year via lateral entry.
