Hey Shubham,

In response to your query I would like to tell you that you cannot use the option of withdrawal after you use the freeze option in counseling because after freezing the seat gets allocated to you so you can only cancel your admission by going to the college directly and that too with a proper reason of not joining and your whole counseling amount will not be refunded that is whole Rs. 20000 will be gone.
