Hello,
The NMC bill has passed recently with closure of medical council of india.

No other information has been declared til now and a NEXT EXIT exam has been proposed for both indian medical graduates and  foreign medical graduates.
The guidelines haven't been declared yet but it is said that 2017 mbbs batch will be the first batch to take the NEXT exam.

No proper guidelines regarding compulsory bond serving has come yet and it will take around 6 months for nation wide rules to be set up for a NEXT exam same for all medical students.

Hope this helps
