hi,

see it depends on your interest and which of the subjects you want to pursue, your future goal etc. mca stands for master of computer application, which mainly deals with software programming only. the main difference between mca and m.tech in cse that, in m.tech course software and hardware programming, research projects made which is comparatively complex and different from mca. however if you want a software engineering job in mncs and interested for only programming then mca is best for you.
