After mop up round the vacant seats fill be filled by stray counselling round .

Now , if you belong to general category ,for which the qualifying marks is 134 this year , you have no chances of getting a seat as you have not qualified.

If you belong to any other category then the chances are very little as cut offs have gone way higher this year . You can check the cut off of last year here -
