After MSc in computer science I can admit csir net exam for statistics because I have studied statistics a lot in this course but degree is in computer science .if I can admit then tell me that I can apply for assistant professor in statistics subject after csir I. Please help me???

hi,

csir net exam conducts for following subjects,

Chemical Science, Earth Science, Life Science, Mathematical Science, and Physical Science. siince your subjects do not match with any of the above stream you are not eligible to apply,

however you may apply for ugc net from computer science stream.

eligibility criteria is as follows,

55% aggregate marks (without rounding off) in master’s degree or Equivalent Degree course For General/General EWS Category Candidates.

50% aggregate marks (without rounding off) in master’s degree or Equivalent Degree  course For ST/SC/OBC/ PWD/ Transgender Candidates.

M.Sc. in Data Science

Pursue M.Sc. in Data Science from Manipal Online.
