After completing post graduation in commerce if you want to do a job then you able to do that but for further studies you can opt for p.hd in commerce.
Here you can do post graduation in two ways:-
1. Either by Filling form of any college whether private or government
2. By cracking UGC net if want best government colleges of India
The benefits of doing UGC are-
a) you will get a scholarship amount of RS 30k - 40k every month while doing p.hd
b) top rankers get a chance for JRF (juniour research fellowship)

After PG in commerce, you can apply for a job or if you intend to go for a masters course to gain more knowledge, you can opt for it too.
