Hello dear...
On the basis of the Jee advanced result the admission is taken in IITs not in NITs.One can get admission in nit through jee mains marks.But for applying for the jee Advanced exam you have to qualify first the mains .If you qualify the advanced exam obviously you are eligible for taking admission in Nit but not on the basis of your advanced score , based on the mains score.
