Some Colleges have Management quota seats. You can try for those seats. But if seats are left in Counselling they might give Spot admission based on PGCET score or by any other means.
To be on safe side try for Management quota seat in good College in Karnataka. Also, cut-offs varies from year to year, you might get seat in round 2 also. So, don't lose hope and just try.
