Actually choice filling and locking process in any counselling is done only once you can't change it now.

That's why you are said to be be more specific at the time of choice filling and locking. Btw now either you have to be satisfied with what you are getting at  the moment or  you can wait for the further round of counselling where your college may get upgraded or you can get out and prepare for next year.
