There is no need to renew OBC certificate. Eid certificate is of NCL category means non creamy layer category then this certificate has to be renewed every 1 year from the issuing date on 31st March every year.

The presidio is a same the procedure followed to get the OBC NCL certificate. Go to a nearby district court are fill up the form they provided submit it with all the documents you have attached before to get the certificate and submit it after its counter verification. It'll take 15 to 20 days to be printed online for the new NCL OBC certificate through e district portal.
