when to renew a OBC NCL certificate???? After the end of financial year or after one of issue

Hello,
See once your OBC-NCL certificate gets expired then you should renew it. It doesn't matter with financial year because different states having validity period for OB certificate so on certificate it will be mentioned that for how many years from the date of issue, the certificate will be valid and after that validity period you will have to renew it.
