Yes definitely you can get admission in Delhi University if you secure 95% marks in class 12th. The cut off of colleges in DU are declared on the basis of 12th boards percentage. There's no role of 10th marks for getting into DU colleges. However, you will need to submit your 10th class marksheet for document verification process.
