yes you can go for CAP Round-3 by doing Not freeze option of your selected college from CAP Round-2, but in order to secure it you need to go with the process in which at first you have to do self verify of your documents and then you have to do seat acceptance by paying 1000 Rs and then you have to fill the option form by selecting colleges which should be better than your CAP Round 2 college.

But make sure one thing is that selected college from CAP round 2 should not be your first preference otherwise Auto freeze option will be automatically activated by officials. Freeze and not freeze options is only for the colleges which is not in your top priority/preference list.
