You can take admission in Karnataka although you are a domicile of Maharashtra state.As  you are a Maharashtra domicile student you can take admission through all India quota for all government colleges and through KEA for private colleges.

15% Medical seats are reserved for Aadhar state domicile students. What this the student has to register themselves with the medical council committee.

But you can get better colleges through state quota in government colleges also. Try whatever  you have interested for.
