Hello

If you drop out of B.Sc. in 2nd year and prepare for NEET, it won’t cause any issue in NEET counselling, as long as you have the necessary documents from your Class 10 and 12. Your B.Sc. enrollment or dropout status is not mandatory in NEET UG counselling

Code 5 or 6 – Only for students pursuing/completing B.Sc.

As you're dropping bsc so you should not select a code related to graduation (like B.Sc.), because your admission is based on your 12th marks in PCB, not B.Sc .

If there's a gap year (e.g., dropping out of B.Sc. and then NEET prep), some state counselling authorities may ask for a notarized Gap Certificate explaining what you did during that year.

Your B.Sc. college documents are not mandatory.

No need to show B.Sc. mark sheet, TC from B.Sc. college, or reason for dropping out.
