Dear Aspirant ,

Well, to pursue agricultural engineering .. mathematics is not compulsory as in ICAR AIEEA test , there are three subject combination choices out of which you choose any of the combinations ( PCM/PCB/PCA)

But I want to suggest you that you should have some basic knowledge about mathematics and problem solving skills in undergraduate level so that in future you can fulfil recruiter's required skills to get any job in this field !
