Hi, hope you are doing well.
No, you cannot do M.Tech in CSE after B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering because according to the eligibility criteria, you have to pass B.Tech or B.Sc in Computer Science with minimum marks of 55 percent.
Instead, it is advisable to go for M.Tech in Agricultural Engineering if you score a minimum of 60 percent in B.Tech Agriculture Engineering. You will get job opportunities like Breeder, Agronomist, Corporate Sales Manager, Research Scientist etc with an average salary of INR 150000 to 300000.

Can i do agriculture engineering without ICAR recognition? in a private university. am I eligible for Govt jobs? , will the degree have any value without ICAR recognition? . Help me.
Yes You can do. Your degree won't be discarded. It's just that You won't be eligible to appear in ICAR AIEEA pg exam for studying MSc in any ICAR recognised Govt colleges. But can continue with higher studies in private colleges, also can apply for reputed colleges like bhu, IIT etc. And your career will completely depend on you. You can crack any Govt entrance exam to get a job or you have to struggle by applying and giving interviews in private companies. Some private colleges also provide placements.

how to calculate cutoff for agriculture engineering
Hello Muthukumar Kannapan!!
Agriculture engineering is a branch of engineering. The cutoff is calculated from this formula,
Cutoff = M + (P/2) + (C/2)
Where M is the mathematics mark, C is the Chemistry mark and P denotes the Physics mark.
For example, M -90, C -95 , P-85
Then Cutoff = 90 + (85/2) + (95/2)
= 90 + 42.5 + 47.5 = 90+90
Cutoff = 180
For B.Sc Agriculture, the cutoff is calculated by the formula,
Cutoff = (M+P+C+B) /4
Where, M is the mathematics mark, C is the Chemistry mark, P denotes the Physics mark and B denotes the Biology mark.
Hope this information helps you a lot.
Best of luck!!
