Eligibility for Agricultural Engineering for Undergraduate courses
For B. Tech in Agricultural Engineering or B.E in Agricultural Engineering, students must have passed their 10+2 or equivalent level examination from a recognised education board in India. Students applying for this course must belong to the Science (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) stream in their higher secondary level. Students with Physics, Chemistry and Biology at their 10+2 level can also apply.
The minimum marks required at the 10+2 level for applying to this course varies from one college to another. Generally, the minimum marks required for general category stands between 45 percent - 50 percent, while for SC/ST category, the minimum marks required is 40 percent -45 percent.
The final result for admission to this course is based on students’ 10+2 level results and entrance exam scores.
Eligibility for Agricultural Engineering at Postgraduate Level
In order to take admission in the PG level agricultural engineering course, a student must have passed B. Tech/B. E or its corresponding equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 55%.
Most colleges take entrance tests as well. GATE and Indian Council of Agricultural Research All India Entrance Examination-PG are two of the most common entrance exams for PG level agricultural engineering courses.
Eligibility for Diploma in Agricultural Engineering
The basic requirement is that the student must have passed Class 10 exams from a recognised board in India with not less than 50% in total and a minimum of 35% in science, mathematics and English. Relaxation of about 5% is offered for reserved categories.
Students may also need to appear for an entrance examination.
Eligibility for PhD in Agricultural Engineering
The basic requirement is an M. Tech/M. E degree in Agricultural Engineering with not less than 60% aggregate.
PhD entrance exams like NET should also be cleared.

3. Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology Entrance Test (OUATET): Orissa University of Agricultural and Technology is one of the oldest and most prestigious agricultural universities in India. It conducts entrance exams for agricultural aspirants for UG, PG and PhD courses.
4. Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE): BCECE is a state-level examination conducted by the state of Bihar. Candidates seeking admission to agricultural engineering and pharmaceuticals in colleges of Bihar can register for this examination.
5. Karnataka Common Entrance Test: Karnataka Common Entrance Test is a state-level examination conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority. The entrance test is for students seeking admission into agricultural courses in undergraduate level colleges in Karnataka.

As your score is low for getting admission in college for Bachelor's of science, Agriculture. There are no such other reservations available for the caste you mentioned.
