Hi Kartik!! Hope you are doing well!!AIIMS has been scrapped from 2020 and NEET will be the only common ALL INDIA Entrance examination for entry to various medical courses like MBBS BDS BAMS BHMS BPT or BVSC, etc. So you just need to apply for NEET and give that exam to get colleges for mbbs.

If you have registered for neet then you don't need to register for aiims separately dear.This is because there will be no Aiims mbbs entrance exam as from this year both aiims and jipmer entrance exams have been merged with neet entrance exam and so admission in both aiims and jipmer is through neet entrance exam making neet examination the only entrance examination  for getting into medical colleges .
