AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) does not use NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) scores for admissions. Instead, it conducts its own entrance exam called the AIIMS MBBS Entrance Exam. The cutoff scores for AIIMS exams vary each year and depend on factors like the difficulty level of the exam and the number of candidates applying.
