Your rank is good in your category , but you need to tell us with more information like your domicile state , class12 state because medical colleges in different states have different cutoffs depending on no. of candidates , no. of colleges , reservation criteria etc. 

So , please furnish us with the information of your state so that we can tell you the chances of getting a college based on previous year's cutoffs and ranks.
