All india rank you have written here is 9lakh, so at this much rank you might not qualified for neet also. SC category have to score 40th percentile marks to get qualified. If you got neet qualified then you might get a bds seats in private colleges which have high tution fee. Although getting a government bds college will be impossible.

Las year BDS cut off ranks for SC category in AIQ counseling for govt college was AIR 111793.

In state quota category it may goes upto 40-50k ranks more than AIQ quota. Although if you have want to have chance in government BDS college you must try to be in rank below 1.5 lakh.
