I did not quite understand by what you mean by intermediate
if you are talking about the eleventh standard topics I can tell you that yes all the chapters of the 11th and 12th standard have to be studied for you to score well in your neet
the chapters to be prioritised are definitely dose of organic chemistry, covalent bonding ,atomic structure in chemistry, mechanics and modern physics as well as electromagnetism circuits and thermodynamics based problems in physics and important questions from biotechnology or zoology and microbiology in your biology
more than anything else try making your own notes and giving examinations to work upon your question selection and time management skills

You should have studied all topics once both of 11th & 12th standars 

main emphasis on 

organic chemistry from class 12th

mechanics & modern physics- Physics 

biology read NCERT thoroughly . Both 11th & 12th class books!
