Dear aspirant,

Not all seats are filled by gate, A certain percentage is filled by GATE and APPGECET,I do not have much idea of what that ratio is but it is not one sided like the 15 to 85 percent in colleges for jee and state exams during btech admission. Your chances to get into a college through appgecet will be fair.
